- Click Forgot password on the login page.
- Enter your account email.
- Follow the link in the email (if it didn’t arrive, check your Spam folder).
- Enter the new password twice and save.
This is your client account password. The DirectAdmin panel or mailbox password is separate — see Logging in to DirectAdmin.
