The right plan depends on the type of site, the expected number of visitors and how many sites you’ll host.

ProjectTip
Business card site, small corporate site, blogA small Linux or WordPress hosting plan
WordPress site, online magazineWordPress hosting (fast, with LiteSpeed Cache)
Several sites, a medium-traffic storeA medium or large hosting plan
Selling hosting to your own clientsReseller hosting
Your own software, bots, Node.js, DockerVPS (full root access)
High load, dedicated resources, Windows / 1CVDS or VDS Windows

What to watch out for

  • Disk — site files, databases and mailboxes all share this space.
  • Number of domains — how many separate sites you can connect to the plan.
  • Mailboxes — if you need business email, check how many are included.
  • Growth — you can move to a bigger plan later; the difference is calculated for the remaining days.
