If you’d like us to migrate your site for free, contact support. To migrate it yourself:

  1. Take a full copy of public_html (.zip) and a .sql export of the database from your old host.
  2. Create a new MySQL database with us and import the .sql file via phpMyAdmin.
  3. Upload the files to public_html and extract them.
  4. In wp-config.php, replace DB_NAME, DB_USER and DB_PASSWORD with the new database’s details (DB_HOST — localhost).
  5. Change the domain’s nameservers to ours: ns1.denizdesign.az, ns2.denizdesign.az.
  6. Once the site opens, click “Save” once in WordPress under Settings → Permalinks.
If the domain changes (from the old address to the new one), update the links in the database with a plugin like “Better Search Replace”.
